  5. 5Export your final keyword map to share with your team or client.

30-Day Content Planner

Turn keyword data into a month-long editorial calendar with AI-assisted outlines and deadlines.

  1. 1Go to Planner and click 'New 30-Day Plan'.
  2. 2Select a keyword list or import fresh research.
  3. 3Choose your publishing frequency (daily, 3x/week, weekly).
  4. 4Review AI-generated titles, briefs, and suggested publish dates.
  5. 5Accept, edit, or reorder slots, then export to your calendar tool.

Brand Workspaces

Organise every client or project in its own workspace with isolated keywords, articles, and team members.

  1. 1Create a workspace from the top-left workspace switcher.
  2. 2Name the workspace after the brand or client and upload a logo.
  3. 3Invite team members via email and set their roles (viewer, editor, admin).
  4. 4Add keywords, articles, and planner schedules unique to this workspace.
  5. 5Switch between workspaces instantly without logging out.
